The Human Services Employment Ladder Program (HELP) is an eight-week Human Services training program that prepares participants to become entry-level Direct Support Professionals in the field of Human Services. Through the HELP, program graduates become qualified to fill the increasing need for caring, professional workers in community residences, shelters, day programs and other Human Services settings. The training is being offered in a virtual format. The next class begins on August 1, 2022.
