Community Development Block Grant – Public Services (CDBG-PS) funds provide services for low-income individuals and families with a goal of moving them out of poverty towards economic security. This request for proposals (RFP) solicits proposals for programs that offer adult basic education that improves skills and helps participants gain industry-approved training and credentials, as well as placement in targeted jobs and job clusters. Proposals are due by 5 p.m. on May 3, 2019.
