The healthcare industry, one of the biggest employers in the Boston area, is expected to change and grow in the future as a result of population shifts and the Affordable Care Act. Attend this workshop to explore career options beyond the typical physician and nursing roles and the hospital setting. Training, average salaries, barriers to employment, competencies and skills required for a variety of roles will be addressed. Handouts will be distributed.
