With a reputation of successful job fairs in the community since 2014, hiring managers can rest assured that MPDC can draw qualified job seekers for their open positions. With an average of 300+ job seekers and 20+ companies at each job fair, MPDC has one of the largest career fairs in Roxbury. Originally designed for contractors on MPDC development projects, MPDC’s Community Job Fair has grown to now include the gamut of career fields locally available: building trades/construction; hospitality; professional, and many more.
