“Wage theft” is the denial of wages or benefits that are owed to a worker. The Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office is working with community partners to host a wage theft clinic. The goal of the clinic is to help workers get the wages and benefits they deserve.
Walk-ins are welcome. If you need an interpreter, please call (617) 963-2327 at least one week before the clinic. If you have already filed a complaint, with the Office of the Attorney General’s Fair Labor Division, please bring your “private right of action” letter, a copy of your complaint (if you have it), and any documents you have about your case (pay stubs, time sheets, or letters and emails from your employer).
The clinic is held in the First Floor Function Room of Suffolk Law School.
