The Mayor’s Office of Workforce Development (OWD) is partnering with BioConnects New England – a regional coalition of universities, research centers and planning agencies – to develop the sustainability of the life sciences industry in New England. Specifically, OWD and BioConnects will collaborate on engaging Boston residents, facilitating stakeholder meetings across the city, and coordinating economic planning activities to identify workforce development opportunities in biomanufacturing.
